When does the game start?

The game starts when there are enough players and the wait time runs out. The game creator can extend the wait time, as well as manually start the game by clicking the START GAME button. If the wait time runs out and there are less players than the required minimum player count, the game either starts in PLAYER versus CPU mode or it is destroyed.
